National Taiwan Normal University Graduate School of Social Work, Ms. Heng-Rong Chen’s “Internet Questionnaire” survey, please help students to fill in the survey.

 

Ms. Heng-Rong Chen of the Graduate School of Social Work, National Taiwan Normal University, is conducting a research project for the National Academy of Sciences, and because of the random sampling of your department, we will be conducting a “web-based questionnaire” survey, so we ask for your kind assistance.

 

The following is a brief description of the study:

 

  1. Theme of the study: “Childhood Adversity and Early Adulthood Development.

 

  1. Project Coordinator: Ms. Heng-Rong Chen, Graduate School of Social Work, Taiwan University.

 

  1. Purpose of the study: To explore the relationship between the risks faced by university students of different backgrounds and their protective mechanisms, as well as their coping styles in the face of stress, in order to provide recommendations for counseling practice, academic research and government policy planning.

 

  1. The target population of this survey is university students in your department, and the survey was conducted anonymously by means of a web-based questionnaire. This study organizes a lottery for those who fill out the questionnaire completely.

In order to thank for the assistance in completing this questionnaire, the winners will be drawn at the end of the study to receive gift certificates (NT$600, NT$500, NT$300) for those who fill out this questionnaire completely (invalid questionnaires will not be eligible for the drawing of prizes), and the details of how to do so will be explained in the questionnaire on the Internet.

This Informed Consent Statement can also be found on the homepage of the web link, so that students can make their own judgments and decisions about whether or not to participate in this study based on this statement.
