Procedures for Receiving Midterm Graduation Certificates for Undergraduates in the 1st Semester of the 109th Academic Year

(I) Eligibility: Undergraduates who have completed the required graduation credits and passed the University’s recognized English proficiency test.

(II) Departure Procedures:

(1) Register at the Language Center with the test certificate and apply for the conduct score at the Life Counseling Section.

(2) Check the exit audit status on the graduate website and fill out the “Departure Procedures for Non-January and June Graduates of the University.”

(3) According to Article 2, paragraph 3, subparagraph 3 of the Regulations for Tuition and Fees:

  • Students who entered the University after the 101st academic year (inclusive) and have completed their departmental curriculum but haven’t passed the University’s accreditation are not eligible for tuition and fee applications.
  • Students who completed the required departmental courses after the 101st semester (inclusive), but haven’t passed the University’s English proficiency test and haven’t taken any courses during the extension period, must still register and pay the miscellaneous fee equivalent to two credit hours.
  • Students who pass the test will receive a graduation certificate in the middle of the semester. Those who haven’t taken the course may apply for a full refund one day before the course start date.
  • After the course’s commencement date, but not exceeding one-third of the semester, students may apply for a two-thirds refund.
