Graduation Certificate Collection Assignment for the 2nd Semester of 110th Academic Year
Instructions:
1. Graduates can check the status of the exit examination by going to the university homepage/quick link/graduate website/graduation qualification examination/qualification examination status.
2. Graduates who are unable to come to campus in person to receive their departure procedures may authorize someone else to do so on their behalf, as shown in Attachment 3.
3. Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, fresh graduates may apply for a graduation certificate by mail. Go to the university homepage/students/academic affairs office/class notes/application for academic documents/fresh graduates, fill in the information and complete the payment, and then send it by mail.
4. During July 11-15, 2011, when the university is closed, and September 5, 2011, when new students register, the collection of graduation certificates will be suspended.
5. Please download the above information from the Graduate School website or the Academic Affairs Office website/Unit Bulletin/Administrative Bulletin.
