  • To check your exit procedures, visit the Graduation Website/Graduation Eligibility Check/Eligibility Check Status.
  • The department office handles the examination for the technical department and the departure for the industrial department. If you have been approved by the Registrar’s Office, the library, etc., you can complete the exit procedure on the first floor of Wichita, so there’s no need to visit the department office in person.

Industrial Audit

  • After the final exams, teachers will upload the grades one by one. The department office reviews the out-of-course grades and English language check. When “pass” is displayed, it means the department office has confirmed that the grades meet the graduation requirements.
  • If you are taking freshman~junior classes and need this credit to graduate, you must wait for your grades to be available.

After completing the questionnaire, please upload the <completion status screenshot> to https://itouch.cycu.edu.tw/go/?w=2638@forms.

After completing all the IEET questionnaires and uploading the screenshots, the department will check and confirm the IEET departure, so please be patient and wait for the check.
