Certificate of Completion for the 2nd semester of the 111th academic year

The process for issuing graduation certificates is explained in Annex 1.2:

I. The detailed flow for graduation certificate issuance can be found in Annexes 1 and 2. The progress of the school leaving procedures is as follows:

(A) Log in to itouch/Administration/Graduation Eligibility Check.

(B) Access the university homepage/quick link/graduate website/graduation eligibility check.

  1. Within 7 working days after graduates receive their Chinese paper certificates, the Classes and Registration Section will issue digital degree certificates to graduates’ e-mail addresses. Please ensure that your e-mail address is correct. The instructions for the issuance and use of the digital degree certificates are provided in Attachments 3 and 4.
  2. From July 12 to July 13, 2012, the school will be closed for the 112th school year placement test, and the collection of graduation certificates will be suspended.
  3. Graduates who are unable to collect their certificates in person may appoint someone else to do it for them. The letter of appointment is attached as Appendix 5.
