The process for issuing graduation certificates is explained in Annex 1.2:<\/p>\n

I. The detailed flow for graduation certificate issuance can be found in Annexes 1 and 2. The progress of the school leaving procedures is as follows:<\/p>\n

(A) Log in to itouch\/Administration\/Graduation Eligibility Check.<\/p>\n

(B) Access the university homepage\/quick link\/graduate website\/graduation eligibility check.<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Within 7 working days after graduates receive their Chinese paper certificates, the Classes and Registration Section will issue digital degree certificates to graduates’ e-mail addresses. Please ensure that your e-mail address is correct. The instructions for the issuance and use of the digital degree certificates are provided in Attachments 3 and 4.<\/li>\n
  2. From July 12 to July 13, 2012, the school will be closed for the 112th school year placement test, and the collection of graduation certificates will be suspended.<\/li>\n
  3. Graduates who are unable to collect their certificates in person may appoint someone else to do it for them. The letter of appointment is attached as Appendix 5.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
