Graduates can check the status of the exit examination by going to the university homepage\/quick link\/graduate website\/graduation qualification examination\/qualification examination status.<br \/>\n2. Graduates who are unable to come to campus in person to receive their departure procedures may authorize someone else to do so on their behalf, as shown in Attachment 3.<br \/>\n3. Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, fresh graduates may apply for a graduation certificate by mail. Go to the university homepage\/students\/academic affairs office\/class notes\/application for academic documents\/fresh graduates, fill in the information and complete the payment, and then send it by mail.<br \/>\n4. During July 11-15, 2011, when the university is closed, and September 5, 2011, when new students register, the collection of graduation certificates will be suspended.<br \/>\n5. Please download the above information from the Graduate School website or the Academic Affairs Office website\/Unit Bulletin\/Administrative Bulletin.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1.
