{"id":9033,"date":"2023-07-31T20:17:50","date_gmt":"2023-07-31T12:17:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ise.cycu.edu.tw\/?p=9033"},"modified":"2023-08-02T16:44:16","modified_gmt":"2023-08-02T08:44:16","slug":"procedures-for-receiving-midterm-graduation-certificates-for-undergraduates-in-the-1st-semester-of-the-109th-academic-year","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ise.cycu.edu.tw\/en\/procedures-for-receiving-midterm-graduation-certificates-for-undergraduates-in-the-1st-semester-of-the-109th-academic-year\/","title":{"rendered":"Procedures for Receiving Midterm Graduation Certificates for Undergraduates in the 1st Semester of the 109th Academic Year"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>(I) Eligibility: Undergraduates who have completed the required graduation credits and passed the University&#8217;s recognized English proficiency test.<\/p>\n<p>(II) Departure Procedures:<\/p>\n<p>(1) Register at the Language Center with the test certificate and apply for the conduct score at the Life Counseling Section.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Check the exit audit status on the graduate website and fill out the &#8220;Departure Procedures for Non-January and June Graduates of the University.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>(3) According to Article 2, paragraph 3, subparagraph 3 of the Regulations for Tuition and Fees:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Students who entered the University after the 101st academic year (inclusive) and have completed their departmental curriculum but haven&#8217;t passed the University&#8217;s accreditation are not eligible for tuition and fee applications.<\/li>\n<li>Students who completed the required departmental courses after the 101st semester (inclusive), but haven&#8217;t passed the University&#8217;s English proficiency test and haven&#8217;t taken any courses during the extension period, must still register and pay the miscellaneous fee equivalent to two credit hours.<\/li>\n<li>Students who pass the test will receive a graduation certificate in the middle of the semester.
